We are proud to announce a merger between WVPSL and the long running "Over Forty League".  The Over Forty League (OFL) was originally created by Patrick Futvoy with only 4 teams.  Currently, there are 14 teams in the league.

We are also very proud to inform you that the OFL has adopted our Constitution and Bylaws.
